The Family Caregiver Support Program is designed to provide assistance, support, and services to caregivers. Caregivers need support in the everyday activities that surround the long-term care of their loved one. This program can empower the caregiver with education, information, training, coping & hands-on skills, relief, & support groups. This way the caregiver can retain greater control over their personal life.
