Council Finance
Council Finance is a
U. S. Small Business Administration Certified
Development Company (CDC), which serves the 19 counties
of the WCTCOG. A CDC is a non-profit corporation set up
to contribute to the economic development of its
community or region. CDCs work with the Small Business
Administration and private-sector lenders to provide
financing to small business. Council Finance enables
expanding businesses or business start-ups to secure
long-term, fixed-interest rate loans for the purchase of
land and buildings, as well as for remodeling and
construction.
